Not getting fuel to my throttle body?

I'm not getting fuel to my throttle body, but if I put gas in the carburetor it starts up and it has spark.

When you turn the key on without cranking the engine over do you hear the fuel pump in the tank come on for about 5 seconds? If not, it sounds like the fuel pump has gone bad. Here are the instructions on how to change it out and you must drain the gas from the tank first.
