It is my understanding that those fuel injectors should not even have any voltage available to them from the ECM/ignition fuse at the red and white wires of the fuel injectors when the key is turned off, so regardless if the fuel pump runs still or not, the fuel injectors should still not even have power to them, nor a ground pulse, so they should not be pumping fuel when the key is off. Unless of course someone jumped those injector red and white wires to a twelve volt source that is hot all the time, or that pink wire from the fuse to the red and white splice is shorted to twelve volts, either both red and white wires are shorted to twelve volts or the fuel injectors are in fact just dripping gasoline because they are stuck open because of dirt or whatever.
