1995 Chevy Blazer Stalls Out

My Blazer stalls after being driven a short distances. The dealer indicates that there appears to be anti-freeze leaking into the areas of the spark plugs which gets wet and the engine stalls out. He concluded that the engine would need to be replaced. Is this the only alternative?

Does the engine misfire when it happends. Im not sure why he would want to replace the whole engine. Do you know if it filled up completely with anti freeze in the cylinders and hydro locked the engine?
