front head lamps not working

My front headlamps do not seem to go on. The high beams do but when I let go of the switch, the high beams go off. I had changed the bulbs on the headlamps, they were working for a bit but now they are out again.
What can be the problem? The fuse is 1 I believe for both headlamps and high beams, so it can't be the fuse.

Hello, I'm Danny.

You might want to see if the headlight relay is working correctly. The relay is located in the under hood fuse-relay junction box. Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay:
