The window has been partially off the track for some time but the motor has been working. Then the motor stopped working. Now, the other three buttons to the other windows on the control panel don't work either. I don't hear anything when I try the buttons so it's most likely an electrical problem of some sort.

Hi,

The first thing I need you to do is check that both fuses that power the window control module are good. They are located in the vehicle fuse box under the left side of the instrument panel. See pic 1.

Here are a few links to help with testing:

Please note that when checking the fuse, if it looks good, you need to confirm there is power both to it and out from it. Here are links to help with that:

If the fuses are good, you need to remove the door panel and check for power at the switch. See pic 2. The two wires that need checked are highlighted and I circled where they connect.

Next, check the two black wires at the same module by checking for continuity to ground. See pics 3 and 4. If there is no ground, check at the base of the A pillar for the ground. It will be behind the kick panel to the left of where your feet sit in the driver's seat.
