No power on pin 17 white/black wire from the SMJ

Checked back side and no power there either. Where does white/black originate from?

Hello again.

I've attached the diagram below. It looks that the particular wire you are asking about originates from the ECM-engine control module to the mass air flow sensor. I've circled pin 17 in red. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
