Checked back side and no power there either. where does white/black originate from?

4 cylinder. all fuses are good.

Hello again.
I've attached the diagram below.It looks that the particular wire you are asking about originates from the ECM-engine control module to the mass air flow sensor. I've circled pin 17 in red.Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
