Hi I HAVE A 2003 FORD WINSTAR IT WILL TURN OVER BUT WILL NOT START. I PUT A NEW FUEL PUMP ON AND A NEW PCM ON BUT ALL IT DOES IS CRANK OVER WHAT CAN I DO. NEED HELP BAD.

Hi
Lets try some basic tests to find out what we need to concetrate on. First pull plug wire hold next to block crank spark? If yes pull air snorkle off spray carb cleaner into throttle crak does it fire?

I CAN PUT STARTING FLUDE IN IT IT WILL START AND RUN FOR A FEW SEN I WILL TRY THE CARB CLEANER

Have you verified fuel pump is running? Have you tried a fuel pump relay?
