Our 2001 Ford Windstar pulls to the left. The van has about 120,000 miles on it with 3 month old tires.
We have replaced the front struts, and tie-rods. We had an alignment and rotated and balanced all 4 tires.
However, it pulls to the left severely when the wheel is let go while driving. We had one mechanic move the left front wheel to the right front and he said it then pulled right. We took it to the tire place and they again rotated all the tires and now it pulls left again.

Is this a radial pull (due to bad tires) or something more?

yes by what u said it is a radial pull. you probably got a bad batch of tires. i did alignments for years and a radial pull is a very common problem. don't worry, the tires won't blow up or anything, it's more annoying than anything else.

Thanks for the info. We had the 2 front tires replaced yesterday, now it pulls to the right, which is at least safer than to the left.
