2000 Ford Windstar oil in water

i found oil in my overflow with the water what does that mean?

That is usually the sign of a bad head gasket, perform a compression test on each cylinder.

lowest shoudl be no less than 25% of the highest cylinder. also another way to check is fill up the radiator full with the engine running and cap off untill it doesnt go down anymore. if there are lots of bubbles appearing you have a bad headgasket also.

either test, the first one is preferred.
