2000 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I put the key in and it won't turn either way. The vehicle is in park. I even tried depressing the break and adjusting the tilt. What do I do next?

While turning the key try and turn the steering wheel real hard to the left.. Mine sticks like this sometimes.. If going left don't work try going to the right with the steering wheel.
