1999 Ford Windstar Replacing the alternator

Can I replace an alternator on my Windstar that has a different amperage than the original? The new one is 135 amps, and I'm not sure what the original is. It's either 135 or 110.

Put them side by side and if they match EXACTLY, then yes you can. If ANYTHING is different or even larger, no you can't
