1996 Ford Windstar no front heat

Heater problem
1996 Ford Windstar 130000 miles

Rear heat works fine cold air blows out of top(defroster) and out of reg vents when heat is on. Was toldto flush lines. Not sure what they mean how do you flush them with air or water?Do you think this will work or might it be something else. Doesnt make any noises.

U can do that but check the blend door actuator
its job to close door and open between the hot and cool air

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
