95 bird shuts itself off

i have a 95 thunderbird with 160,000 miles and an automatic 4.6 v8..after the car reaches operating temp the idel starts to surge and after a afew min it stops runng like the switch has been shut off . after it stops running it wont start untill it cools down ....we replaced all of the o2 sensers ...

Investigate the TPS and the idle speed control-that cehecks out -do a fuel pressure check and report ASAP with your findings,
