rear window, electric defogger

I have a 1993, Ford Tempo, V6, with 81,000 miles. The rear defogger was working fine until last week. Only the top third of the wiring pattern is working. I could not find any broken wires on the window. Any suggestions on trouble shooting.

Use a voltmeter and 2 pins or pointed probes, probe till you find the break! I think they make a paint on repair kit for these grids...
