Question on 1990 Ford Tempo.

Well im looking at a 1990 ford tempo gl seaden 2.3 auto. 121000 miles.
# the car wont go past 60mph and doesnt rev up.(It sat for about a year and a half.)
2#it has a hard time starting its fuel injected (you have to pump the gas a few times for it to start.) It is low on gas (on E) when I test drove it. Could these problums be because it is low on gas. Any info is great ful.

Well I would say that if I sat for a whgile iot could jsut be bad gas water in the gas as well so go with the gas dryer and new fuel that should help a bit aling with a fuel injuection cleaner should help a bit

When I put the dry gas, new fuel and new fuel filter and fuel injection cleaner in it. Will it go past 60 mph. Could it just be from sitting so long.
