Can you tell me where the torque converter is located on a 1993 ford taurus 3.8L V6 automatic?

Right between the engine and transmission. It's bolted to the flexplate which in turn is bolted to the crankshaft and the transmission driveshaft is slid into the middle of it. Some vehicles have an inspection grommet on the tranny bellhousing to see in there. The torque converter is normally the first thing you see.
