No pwer, wont accelerate and check engine light

I have a 95 ford taurus 3.0 110,000 miles 6 cyl, after a road trip that I took where I was doing speed of atleast 65mph(to keep up with someone) my car loss power at first it started making this humming sound as it tried to accelerate it moved at very slow speed and would take long to accelerate, it could not make it uphill or sometimes on straight roads. Then I had the transmission fluid changed but it kept up then the engine light came on and it stopped moving completely, it would not accelerate at all over 0. It would pick up then not go at all

Have the fuel pressure check, when the fuel system checks out. Then will go to ignition.

I had this problem with my 96 taurus
I was my speed sensor in the transmission
It was 75 dollars for the part

Maybe have that checked.
