My girl has a 98 Taurus, I replaced the pads on all 4 corners, new master, and front calipers, bled the crap out of the lines. While driving our daughter to school the front brakes seemed to stick on, she would almost come to a stop going downhill with out touching the brakes. I am at a loss, I also hope it's not the ABS. HELP.

2 Things, I hope you used DOT 3 brake fluid in this car? If you put any petroleum based product in it, you have major problems.I will assume for now you used only the brake fluid, when the brakes lock up, open the bleeder and see if the wheel turns freely? If yes, you may have to replace the brake hoses. If n you need to replace the calipers again! Is any brake warning light on? If yes the combination valve is off center.
