1992 Ford Taurus MIL and No-Start

First thing is to go get yourself a code reader for your car which has capability to read Ford eec4, obdI system.. they cost around 30 bucks... learn to use it, simple, and then you can get the codes from your system, which will give you a place to start looking for answers, your problems may or may not be related.. there is a module on the rad sight shield that has relays for the pump and others, it is controlled by the pcm,, I'm assuming since you haven't mentioned any codes, you didn't have that done yet, you need to do that... don't replace parts in a shot-in-the-dark manner, wastes money and time
