2004 Ford Taurus coil pack

Car was hesitating after initial statup for the day then would begin later during acceleration changed out fuel pump assembly check engine light remains on new fuel pump did help but not fixed changed knock sensor no effect began process of elimination checked primary resistance of coil pack chiltons says it should be at.5 my reading was 1.1 secondary chiltons 13600. My reading was 11900 if my readings were correct would this be a canidate for replacement

Based on your readings, yes. However, if the check engine light is on, I recommend scanning the computer before replacing anything. There should be a code in the computer to identify where the problem is coming from. Most parts stores will do it for free, or you could rent a scanner from them.

The OBD II troubleshooting code was PO353, ignition coil no. 3 primary circuit fault. The plugs are less than 2 months. Based on the readings earlier, should the coil pack be replaced or could something else be causing the readings?

That is what it sounds like. Make sure there is power to the coil.
