I have a couple of questions really, I have a 2001 Taurus 3.0L Vulcan with 330,000 km (I'm in Canada) and I have a radiator that has a leak on one of the end tanks. I can see the fluid is leaking from that seam, are those repairable? Also, to remove the rad itself, do you need to evacuate the A/C? I have a line that goes into the rad with a strange fitting that I am not sure what it is for, it curls around to the front side of the rad on the passenger side of the car, is that a PS cooling line or what? I'm wondering how involved it is if I need to do it in my own garage with less tools or at my Dad'd (more tools) or sending it to a repair shop (pricey!!!!) Your help is appreciated!

With 330,00km I think I would replace the whole radiator, not just a sde tank. No you don't need to decharge the A/C! The other lines you see are tranny cooler and A/C Condenser, they are not a part of the engine antifreeze system. If you are getting rid of the car, it is possible to replace the side tank.
