I had a problem while driving the other day. I could go and when I stopped the car would die. I noticed the rpm's has gone from 2 to less than 1. Can you tell me if a tune up will help, it's been awhile. Donna

Sounds like its time for a tune up. If that still does not solve it disconnect the IAC control module, does that stop the stalling problem? If so you can attempt to clean it or replace it for proper operation again.
