May be fuel restriction, when was last time fuel filter was replaced?

The check engine comes on flashing on and off sometimes
Then car shakes really bad but when I turn it off check engine light leaves

Yeah flashing engine light usually doesn't help but you could try and retrieve trouble codes anyway with scan tool, if you don't have tool most local auto part stores will do a scan for free.

Cylinder 1 misfire I've changed coil wires spark plugs and fuel filter air filter and added injector cleaner

The fuel injector for cylinder 1 may be sticking, injector cleaner does not always clean them out completely. You will need to test the spray pattern of that injector or you can just swap it to another cylinder and see if that cylinder begins to misfire.
