Try pulling the fuse for the security system.

Thank you very much I will try those things and get back with you. One thing the car will not start with jumper cables or with battery pack. We tried the screw driver and cylinode thing and it will turn but not start. We do not have a spare key it is the factory key.

Yes the anti theft light is flashing rapidly it was flashing rapidly when it quit running, but we only have the one key and that is the facotry key.I was told that the anti theft should not have kicked in will driving and using the factory key is that true?
