Electrical problem
1997 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

While they still work at normal speed, but I can no longer select hi speed or delay on the wiper blades. (unless I turn on one of the blinkers) I am guessing it is a relay, but I don't know which one or where it is. (I already had the accessory delay relay checked)

Thank you for your help.

The wipers and blinkers are unrelated except through the switch. This points to a problem with the switch. Also check grounds.

There is no relay as such for the wiper speeds. The delay is controlled by a module under the dash, and the high speed is direct wired to the hgh speed terminal of the wiper motor.
