I have replaced the headlight light bulb twice. Within a month or two, the light bulb is burnt out. Could it be the wiring or something else?

There are a couple of things here.
First, since the bulb is of the Quartz-halogen type, it is IMPERATIVE that you NOT touch the glass with your fingers. Oils from your fingers will cause the bulb to have a very short service life. The bulb must be handled with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Second, if there is condensation on the inside of the headlight housing, this would indicate a compromised seal, and the housing should be replaced. Moisture droplets hitting the hot bulb will cause it to either break or burn out.
