1990 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I installed a new radiator about a month ago because the side plastic was cracked. Now the other side of the radiator plastic cracked and is leaking. I installed a new cap when I put the new radiator in. Why did it crack again?

Could be a shitty radiator to put it bluntly.

Try a metal one if possible. Are your issolators on it? Could be rubbing or hiting something and cracking. Or too much stress form overtightenign it or missing the issolators.
