Scraping Noise from Rear Wheel

Mr 2001 Ford Ranger XLT is making a load scraping noise from the left rear wheel. The noise gets louder as the cars increases in speed. When I make right turns at lower speeds the stearing wheel vibrates as well. I think the two problems must be related as they started at the same time. Any idea what may be causing this? It seems like there is some play when moving the brake drum back and forth, however the same play is on the other rear wheel as well and there is no noise from that side?

Jbr, You are going to need to pull your rear drum's off and inspect your rear brake's.
Sound's like your rear drum shoes are bad.
