I just bought a ford ranger. It has new tires, and it has a bounce in the front end. could you tell me what is wrong with it?

Did this issue exist before getting new tires?
It could be related to tire being out of balance. It will be a good idea to inspect the suspension components like the ball joints. Also inspect the tires for any uneven wear or flat spots. You might also want to have the tire balanced.
