All fan settings work ok. Just constant heat no matter where I set temp control!Inside or outside air settings don't make a differnce!

If your handy with an ohm meter I can help more, if not you can hunt around under the dash move the mode switch around and see if you hear the blend doors opening or closing, also check for vacuum leaks under there, let me know about the ohm meter you will need that to check the temp control unit

I don't have a ohm meter, I'll check out under the dash for vac leaks. Maybe a friend has a meter will get back to you. Thanks for the help !

You may look out under the hood at the passanger side and see if all your vaccum lines are intact. The red line will come from the intake manifold to the vaccum canister and the black is the feed to the inside of the cab. If thoes a good, the selector inside the cab has a vaccum switch on the back of it and sometimes come apart from use and will leak vaccum. Thus keeping the vaccum doors from working. In some cases you can hear vaccum escaping from the switch. 8) NOS

I found info with the exact same problem I have. It seems the heater box blender gate is broken, this is common in ford trucks. How do I fix this?

Do you know where the door is broke? It really depends on where the door is broke as to weather it can be repaired. It might be better to find the whole thing at a salvage yard rather than trying to fix it. 8) NOS
