2000 Ford Ranger panel and tailgate light are off

When I turn on the lights, I have no lights in the panel and the tailgate. All the other lights work fine: front lights, emergency light, directional lights and brake lights.
So far I changed and check all the fuses, bulbs and bulbs in the cluster, there is no problem with them.
