1999 Ford Ranger V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles

My Ranger keeps fouling the same two plugs. The ciramic at aniode is craked. I replace and everything is ok for 2 mounths. Then fouls again. Been to two shops thay just replace plugs. This has been going on for two years.

I know the rangers in those years had a denotation problem (3.0) that was supposedly fixed by an updated pcm and I think updated ignition coil. Weather that is the case or not I don't know. Regardless I think there is a fuel/air mix problem in those two cylinders. IF there are any codes in the computer that may help in diagnosing this.
