1996 ford ranger, 200,000. Will not start. Just shut off one day while driving it. What could be the problem?

Will not start ?!?!?!?
let me see!!!!
Does it crank ?
check battery and starter
check for fuel pressure
check for spark
check timing

need manual CHECK IT @
