HOW DO YOU TAKE OF THE DRIVER'S {LEFT} WINDOW REGULATOR?

Some have rivets that must be drilled out, others there are 3 small dimples on the lower part of the door, they must be drilled large enough to fit the 8 mm socket thru to unscrew the bolts....
