heating

my car is a ford fiesta 1.3 1995 89733. the heating in my car is not working and ive just changed the thermostat, its made no difference it is still blowing out cold air can anyone help?

OK, check the hoses after the car has been warmed up well and feel them to see if they are hot. Then feel the heater hoses. One of them should be hot and since the system is not working the other should be cool. If so, follow the hot hose to a valve and see if the cable, wire, or whatever that controls it is working or not.
