Handbrake Adjustmentm - Ford Fiesta

My 1996 Ford Fiesta wont hold on hills, i've adjusted the nut under the handbrake to the last, is there something else i can adjust or do i need to take it to a mechanic?

You can go underneath it and adjust the equalizer
