Battery keeps draining and the ingnition lights stay on when you turn the engine off.

Adjust or replace the ignition switch, this is the plastic part, not the key! It's attached to the column with 2 5/16th screws, loosen them, and watch the lights, retighten screws when lights go out, then test all key positions.
