Hi there,

Your clutch thrust bearing may be seizing, best way to check is to start the engine, slowly depress the clutch untill noise starts, you may feel a little vibration on the clutch pedal, if so the bearing in the thrust is failing, depressing the clutch all the way will normally not make the noise go away but as pressure increases the noise may alter. If noise is only present when clutch is operated the box will have to be removed to access clutch for repairs.
