2002 Ford Mustang need help, car not fireing on all cylinde

My car is not fireing on all cylinders, i've put a brand new coil pack on it, and new spark plugs and wires, but two of the cylinders aren't gettin any fire. I was told it was the computer by one person and another said it coud be a bad wire to the cpmputer. What could be the problem?
