2002 Ford Mustang help!

I recently changed the spakplugs, now the engine shakes in 1-5 gear. My check light engine light comes on and off. Please help me

Check the plugs are torqued down correctly. Check you have the leads on securely and in the correct order. Take the car to a good autoparts store and have them read the cars computer for fault codes. And re-post with codes please?
