Car won't start. Everything turns on. Radio, lights, and windows work but the car won't start.

Will the vehicle crank?

Or does it sit there and click or make no sounds what-so-ever when its in the crank position.

No, the car wont crank. Everything turns on, except the engine. It doesn't make any noise at all. Please help, I know next to nothing about cars. Please reply, ask as many questions as you need.

Check for corroded and loose battery connections on the battery, starter relay, and the starter.

In that case remove the starter and take it in to a autopart store and have it tested, if its good put back on and replace the starter relay/solenoid. If that is still not the problem then you may have a bad ignition switch.
