Can this cleaner or fuel cleaners in general, make my check engine light come on? After adding one bottle to a full tank (14 gals) before a fill up and after about 20 miles of driving, my check engine light has come on. Could the cleaner be the issue

Chances are probably not if you followed their directions properly.

Either way take it to a autozone for a free code scan and post back if you need hlep with the codes.

I understand that this is the Heated O2 sensor. I know I should check the voltages coming from it and this will let me know if it is functioning properly. Is it possibe to run rich enough to have the snesor register a voltage above it's high end and therfore be 'malfunctioning' according to the computer?

If it was running rich the o2 sensor would adjust it so it wouldnt, but if it continually senses that it is running rich, then chances are the sensor is no good.
