Hi there,

You would be best served getting a work shop manual to assist you with this job, but in brief, with car on stands level & secure, drain gearbox, remove tail shaft, starter, speedo and reverse light switch, remove shifter, remove slave or cable for clutch release mechanism, support and remove cross member, let down checking that all engine components are not stretched or twisting. Unbolt bell housing and removed transmission. Remove clutch pressure plate bolts and remove clutch assembly. Replace thrust bearing and spigot in end of crank shaft, machine fly wheel, refit clutch and align with a dummy shaft, re fit all components. This is just an out line you will have to read the section on removal in a work shop manual to make sure that you do this in the correct order.
