Hi 2carpros. I saw your video on YouTube and left a comment in there as well. I'm in the middle of removing my transmission on my 2010 Mustang GT and the transmission input shaft is sitting on the pressure plate. I tried to pull it as far as I can but the bellhousing is hitting the chassis and won't let me get it far away from the pressure plate. As is the input shaft is longer than it should be. I tried lowering the transmission but the bell housing part stays up because of the input shaft is still sitting on the fingers of the pressure plate. Can you guys help me please? Thank you so much and I'm very glad that there is a way to contact you guys.

see pics you may have omitted these steps it is necessary to disconnect exhaust at h pipe as well. I hope you are removing trans because the clutch disc will now be bent and will give vibration when reinstalled.

Although the video doesn't show the removal of the subframe connector bar/brace (runs side to side right under bellhousing), you can see later in video it is removed, & yes, it has to be removed to pull trans, else you can't lower the trans enough for shifter clearance (& although I removed my shifter (to replace with aftermarket), the bar/brace is far easier & less time consuming to remove; 4 bolts, 2 on each side). Hope this helps you as well.
