ford mondeo deisel engine starting problem.

hi there, my ford mondeo started giving me problem. it dose not start after a 4 or more hours gap. i have to use easy start & once it started & gets warmed up then there is no problem to start again apart from it takes bit longer to start. its not even proper winter but still a weather changed. some said to me its glow plugs! please help me to solve this problem.
