how do i replace the rear main seal motor in or out

if it's a two piece seal you can do it with the motor in, but if it's a one piece you'll have to pull the motor. You can find out at an auto parts store which it is. Wither way it won't be to easy for you.. If it's a rope seal then have a pro do it.
