Throttle pedal will not respond?

Throttle or gas pedal will not respond, motor runs fine drove up in yard and went to leave to go to store, and it just idles back it up in yard shut it off. Then tried it again still the same thing.I am guessing it is the switch on the pedal. What do you think?

If it's a diesel, yes. They are not hard to change either.

Yep, the TPS needs to be replaced because the truck is in limp mode, we should run the codes first though. here is a guide to help to make sure we are on the right track:
