Suddenly wouldnot disengage. Never slipped. Replaced master/slave unit with prefilled unit. No change. Removed transmission and clutch. Pilot bearing was trashed. Clutch looked fine. Would the trashed pilot bearing prevent the clutch from releasing?
thanks,
john

Hi, if the pedal never changed it sounds like the clutch disc lost a spring and could jam the clutch causing the problem you have described. Have you inspected the disc for missing springs?
