The truck started jerking going down the interstate, pulling a trailer. I was able to get off the interstate by driving very slow. Anything over 25mph would result in bad jerks and truck almost stalling. Chaned Rotor cap, roter button, and fuel fiilter, but no improvement. Smell fuel around the tanks when walk by truck, but don't see any leaks.
Could it be the fuel pump? Is this fuel pump in the tank, which tank, and how much trouble to install if laying on ground with no lift?

Thanks

Yes, Ford had a problem with the fuel pump system on that truck. You will need to inspect both pump modules and switch valve assembly, a lift is recommended but not necessary. Please get back to me.
