I got new head gasgets on my truck I tryried starting fluid but it will not start wat else can I try thanks

Sinc eyou just replaced the heads I woudl make sure the compression is goood on all cylinders by means of a compression tester after you verify compression check fuel pressure and spark on all cylinders.
